I won a sheet at John Smith's meet last March. Haven't had a chance to use it yet but it seems to be a little less dense than SignFoam and a little more dense than Precision Board. The piece I won is 2" thick 2'x4' I think and Just haven't had something to use it on yet.
I tried to find a local supplier and can't locate anyone around who sells it or I would try it. Did you try calling them yet or looking on the web for distributors?
If you find out something, let us know!

I have used 4 sheets of 15# 1 1/2"Everwood. Grimco had it for awhile but quit carrying it and sold it off cheap....$199/sheet. It seems to have a coarser cell structure than the others to me. and I thought it blasted a little faster. Other than that it was OK. I guess I wouldn't recommend it for fine detail, but its OK stuff.I generally stay with one of the other brands that has a paint and filler system.

Wow - I had the exact opposite experience of Jeff.
I got some samples of Everwood at Mars. Compared to Sign Foam II it appears to be finer grain and much smoother and denser. I like it better for carving and painting. I think my samples were 18 lbs possibly higher.

When I went to the USSC show in AC I brought a piece of plywood with a 3" wide sample of all four HDU products glued together, side by side (and to the plywood). I thought it might be cool to let folks try making a continuous cut through all four to see what, if any, difference there was.......nice idea, but, I didn't have time to do much with it....we will at the Chisel Jam.
What other types of (un scientific)tests could we try?

I agree. I tried it at Mars, too. I think it cut smoother than SF3. Either that or Joe didn't teach us how to sharpen chisels that well!! LMAO! Just kiddin', Mr. C.
