Victor a PO BOY is a sandwich, bigger than a hoagie or a sub, usually about 14" long, but similar. For comparison, you can typically fit 2 subway sandwiches side by side inside a decent poboy. Name goes back to an early 20th century transit operators strike. Neal...since prob with a few exceptions we're the only ones who even know what the hell a poboy is, for that size print call Norm at Signs Now across from the dome, they can fix you up with that. I just reread what size you needed...for a 7x13 you can use an edge print...dont have the number off hand but Sheila or Carly at CBD Signs can do that for you too

Now I can just picture a Martin Bros. potatoe(French Fry) poboy. That's going back in time though. Gavin's suggestion was probably your best shot. Or go get one from someplace like Parkway and take your own picture.

Po Boy Another fine invention from the Deep South. New Orleans area food staple. You Po BOy,, you gotta eat all that? Not at all like the Po Girl who lived on the far side o' the tracks.
