Trying to cut a piece of vinyl 90 inches long, but it keeps stopping right in the middle of the last 2 letters about 18 inches from the end. I have a Roland plotter PNC 960 I've set the page size way past the 90 inches, still won't cut the whole sign! I have SignLab 6.3 any suggestions? Bob

Hi Bob, I don't have that version of SignLab but I always have my page size set at 1100" for length and whatever width vinyl I am cutting.I have never had that problem and I have cut up to 15 feet on my Mimaki 24" plotter. I am using SignLab 5.0 ColorMaster. Anybody else got 6.3? Good Luck, Judy

Same kind of thing happens to me when I am not paying attention in the print driver properties you need to tell it how big the media is also.
