Happy New Years to you too Joey. Your post sort of reminded me of the pizza commercial where the guy is sitting in his sweats, eating pizza with one hand and the other hand wiping the so called sweat with a little towel. Remember it's your year and you can do anything you want!

Francisco, that reminds me of an interview the other night with Appolo the USA speed-cycling gold medalist. He was sent across the country by his father to be the youngest ever to attend some olympics training facility. He and a buddy used to hang back on the daily long distance running through that urban neighborhood. They claim to have made a habit for several weeks of ducking into a pizza joint for some grub, while they killed an hour until the team was running by again on their return trip. I guess he said when the weight or bodyfat stats were announced he was inspired to become the best instead of the worst.
