I've watched Ron Percell bend Sintra many times with a few quick passes with a small hand held propane torch. You could make some type of a fixture and simply bend it over for continuity.
Oh, welcome to the BB.

Depending on how much you will use it. You can go from fancy to low cost. You need heat to bend most plastics. this can be a strip heater and a couple of strips of wood or alum angle. or just a heat gun and the angles for a one or couple of bends. for the wood or angle type you also need a couple of clamps to hold the forms in place. The wood or angle needs to be wider than the width of the plastic to hold it down. using a strip heater or heat gun, heat both sides of the plastic sheet. Clamp between the angles and reheat to bending temp and bend. Doing angles of any degree always works better if it s at the edge of the table and bent down. a good place for plastic anything and such is. United States Plastic hope this helps www.usplastic.com is the web page url

They nailed it, Sintra bends nice and simple with a heat gun. Lots of interesting things you can do with it.
For uniform multiple counter card types I ripped an angle along a 2x4 ... put multiple pieces to be bent between said 2x4 and another ... clamp to table edge (angled board down) ... heat along clamped edge ... gravity will take care of much of the rest ... using the 1/8" stuff
I score (saw blades width) the back of the 1/4" stuff first ... same with acrylics

I bend it all the time with apropane torch...I make a "jig" that I want to bend it to... place the piece in th ecorrect starting position before heating it ...heat it... bend it and immediately hit it with a wet rag.It always keeps it's place and it's a inexpensive as you can get.
YOu can bend pieces one a fter another all day long and all will be the same.
What do I use as a jig? usually mdo or 2'x6' cut and sanded to the proper angles.
