In honor of O.P.'s recent plight regarding humor targeting the stereotypical southern man, I was gonna play Neil Young's "Southen Man". As luck would have it, I've only got it on vinyl, got a turntable but no amp to drive it right now. So I opted for "Harvest" CD ...well it did have "Alabama" and in Joe's honor "Old Man" [Smile]
I followed that up with some Smashmouth...to which I couldn't resist dancing to....the whole CD, like a fool.......now I've gotta take a nap [Smile]

Just came back from picking up shrooms and was listening to Hank, then the Kinks Father Chrismas after which I ended up with the soundtrack from Natural Born Killers. Been raining for days here and floods are expected in certain ares which might make it pretty interesting as most of what I drive are lowered vehicles.

Have a safe New Years eve......

In honor of OP's opposition, (for the sake of equity & fairness)I'll put on some Lynard Skynard "Sweet Home" ("heard ol' Neil put her down...southern man don't need him around anyhow")

But for now I got Crystal Method's 2nd release spinnin'

Doug, check out http://www.radiofreevirgin.com/

That's Virgin Record's streaming audio site. They have lots of different music genres to listen to.

The dance/techno stuff is like a continuous mix that only stops for occassional advertisements.

You can also find those streams listed in your Windows Media Player, they all start with the title "Radio Free Virgin" and there's a number of channels plus different bandwidths available.

Hey Mike & Bob,

I thought I was the only lettering & striping guy around here listening to Trance. I get charged up to Oakenfold, Dr.Micro, Matrix & Blade soundtracks, Crystal Method, Chemical Bros. to design logos and stripe 18 wheelers. At 47 what the hell.

Ready, Steady, Go!,
