My OMEGA says it cant find my security block.any body know how to configure it to find the token? gerber tech dont open till morning .or i dont know a 800 hotline number...thanks

Have you tried using the Sentry Rainbow program to find the correct port?

Is it a parallel port dongle or USB, If it is parallel, do you have any other device attached to it on the back side?

bob,its one of those new USB jobs.it done this once before and the tech guy had me go in and do something to port in the device manager,but i forgot how any suggestions e-mail HIPEMPIRE@AOL.COM

remoce usb dongle. install usb driver, reinstall dongle, usb port should now be opeating
