Anyone here have this cutter? Good? Bad? Fast? Slow? etc..? Can you tell me about the "gold touch head" option? What did they sell for new? I found a used one for sale locally.

We have two 830's in our shop. Brand new they were around 4K apeice. They cut great track great, and are easy to operate.
We have not been disappointed in the purchase of these machines. We had one and then bought a second to pick up the extra workload.
The service and tech support is pretty good. We have never had a problem with getting either. John Marsh is knowledgable and a nice guy to boot.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call me.
Have a great one!

Brian, we've got an 824. I agree with Bruce, they are great machines. Big and ugly but seems to be a work horse. I don't know anything about the feature you mentioned though.
The tracking device is so simple, I can't believe no other company has copied it. I could cut an entire roll of vinyl without hesitating.
