I might be doing a good install of DiBond onto a corrugated metal building. I was planing on using stainless sheet metal (self taping) type screws about every 2 feet along the bottom and top (sign is only 3.5' high). I'd first drill a small pilot hole then shoot some silicon in there and screw. Is this a good method or does someone have some better suggestions? I don't want the screw holes to potentially leak if it rains and I don't want the screws to rust out. Finally, I don't want the dang thing to come down for a long time.
If that is not a good way to install it are there brackets that can be bolted to the building to screw the sign to?

Brian, I find it easier to mount a 2x4 or a 2x2 along the top and bottom of rhe building first, then simply screw the sign panel to the wood. Just keep the wood away from the edge so you can't see it. I don't worry about it leaking.
