Which one of those 50 states is the Capitol and White House located in? And doesn't Puerto Rico have a congressman? Are there any other areas of your country that you would prefer not to show on a map?

A state is a state. The D in DC stands for District, & as far as I know Puerto Rico is a territory & prefers not to become a state. Where did this "...prefer not to show on a map?" comment come from anyway.
