Can anyone tell me a good way to mount a single sided sand blasted sign (3' x 6') flush on a wall (corrugated metal) and have as little as possible hardware show? normally with a painted background the carriage bolts would just get painted but the background on this one will only be sealed, no paint. Thanks again!

The french cleat is an excellent way to mount...also you can bore into the border, run screws etc. then cover the hole with a redwood plug. Plug cutters are handy to have!! Did redwood sign systems nation-wide for about 5 years...e-mail or call me if you need more info. Good luck!

If this is a wooden sign going on corregated metal, and you have access to the back side of the wall, why couldn't you just put screws in from the back. Put a little silicone on the screws before you put them in so water won't leak in and rot the wood around the screw holes.
