I guess im in the lead right now with 93 that won't take long to top

Wow.. comparing the date that I registered with Mark's registration date, and comparing the number of posts, it looks like if I had signed up 2 years earlier I'd be pretty close to Mark's post count.
I think we need another thread "Who spends too much time in Letterville?!?"

Mike, How about "Who has sniffed too many fumes and is now wondering about things like this?"
Course, I will admit that everytime I see the print ad for the application tape with the dog removing it, I wonder if I could teach Rocky the Wonder Weenie to do that. Then I decide I'd spend more time untangling him from the tape and just scrap the whole idea.

with the total number of posts on letterville at 110667
that means Mr Fair has accounted for 4.4% of them and Glenn 4% for a total of about 8.4%
and if it took an average of 30 seconds a post x 4755 posts that equals 142,650 seconds or 2,377.5 minutes or 39.63 hours about a work week thats not bad I wonder how much time he spent reading posts hmmmm......
okay its getting really ugly in here maybee we should end this
and yes its a slow day

Richard.....that's just the number of topics....if you scroll all the way to the bottom of the page, in the left hand corner, you will see that the # of visitors since Jan 1, 2002 is well over 3,000,000. If only 1/3 weren't just lurking, that's over 1,000,000 posts!

I'm in a head to head race with Timi Barrow towards 1000 posts. (He and I registered same month and year, and are about 25 posts apart.)
I really have no other reason to post on this thread but for gettin one more in on Timi.
(It wouldn't be a race if I hadn't taken a 12 month hiatus from the board to wein myself off of the off topic messes that happen here from time to time.) I set up my puter to give me a small electric shock before hitting "enter", which seems to work for me.

That is a lot of posts, but I could think of much worse things to do on your breaks. Sorry Bruce, I must have registered the day before you did.

I've wondered about some stats like percentage of New topics to total posts for any individual. Also I think posts per year is a better criteria for the "who spends too much time in letterville" award. & number of words would be a little more enlightening the number of posts as Mark's 12 second post points out.
How many helpful replies per clipart/font requests is another stat we will never have, but some of us have probably considered regarding other neighbors (or out-of-town-strangers)at one time or another.

After looking at the tally numbers on Mark's three posts here, they all say 4762, which only means that he has posted in that many different subjects, or the rules have changed somewhere along the line in the count. I remember when Glenn and Mark have had at least 30 posts each on one subject.

Just testing to see if what I said holds water. It could be that my posts will both go from 1105 to 1106 on this post. The last post above this one was on 1105 before this post
A: It updates the number on both posts, so Mark has only that many total posts. Things to do at 5 in the morning.
