This clip-art called Desk Gallery by Zedcor has some Celtic designs, along with some celtic lettering styles. A couple of "border treatments" as well. A Tattoo Shop would have some great designs. I think there was a post a few months ago here regarding art that Tattoo Artists would buy for this. Let me know if you come across something specific for this. Good Luck!

I Think Dover, is the publisher of the one of the common Tattoo flash collections that was mentioned here recently. Someone here had an excellent Celtic website though that was posted in response to a similar question earlier this year. Try a search on this site.

My daughter Vicki who works with me is full on into Celtic Art. She has a huge collection of reference books.
If you can't find clipart source,I'm sure she would scan and e-mail something for you. Just be more specific as to what you require. Boarders? Knots? Illustrations? Typefaces?
Below are a couple of her recent works ...This one was done for the Oz Letterhead Meet in Sydney last month. That's her name Van de Meer ... translates to "of the lake"

Here's a couple of her recent works ... Painted on a linen window blind. A good example of boarder and typeface.
