Maybe someone can help me find a driver for a scanner my dad had. He never used it, still in the box and plastic, but the driver is missing. I looked for a few hours on the internet, but all the links to that driver bring me to an expired page. It is made by acer, I believe, and just didn't see wasting this tool if it is going to work for normal scanning. Does anyone have a driver for this or know where to download it?

DEB:there are drivers for the 1212 available at www.agfa.com put 'snapscan' in the search window and it'll get you to the start of where you need to go.
