I moved to a third floor apartment and went from 165 pounds to 120 in a matter of a couple of weeks. Not having a steady clientele as of yet, I shall spend this winter waitressing for a living.
I used to get my ab work done with the lawn mower, but here, I'm so close to the road that gravel is all I've got rake this fall. When Spring comes, I plan to dance with ladders again. If you're struggling in the slightest bit to lose weight, may I suggest not sitting down for two whole months? It worked for me LOL If you fall asleep when you do, it doesn't count lol.
I have a friend who has done the Weight Watchers thing, for years.
Last time I saw her, she had just dropped of a basket of 'points' to her daughter-in-law. Seems her office was having a munchie day and she was trying to loose some pounds. Momma suprised her with great treats to munch on, with the least amount of 'points', and plenty to share!
By the way, my friend looks great and will probably never leave Weight Watchers! If food is mentioned, she blurts out the 'points', I had no idea what she was talking about, the first time I heard it...
Her favorite treat is chocolate grahm crackers.
Enjoy, Cher.
