What would you charge for designing a two color logo:
Quarterhorse head framed in an eliptical border with scrolls, main copy in a bridge arch with secondary copy underneath, underscored with a line and scroll at bottom. Western style font like "Playbill Western" or "Rodeo". Logo is virtually same dimensions width and height.
Maybe I will post a pic later.
Then, apply the logo to both sides of two fancy air-conditioned horse trailers. (four graphics total, about 3 feet square each in HP and "Gemlite" vinyl.)
Thanks for the help.

My view is that the spacing is a bit wide on the copy. I wouldn't have the oval so squeezed and it seems like the horse's head isn't long enough. I would have the schnoz hanging over a bit more too. Other than that it's great. Hey, you asked !!!

Hey Dana, that's really nice. I can see now that mine would look better if the letters were kerned in more.
I also like the way your circle drops behind the top of the main copy. It seems to help tie the whole thing together.
Those fancy flourishes are nice too.
Thanks!

I still can't figure out how to post the picture itself instead of the link... but here is the sign I did for her ranch. The other design was silkscreened white on the back of black jackets.

Well... I needed an entry door put in where I had my shop, and her husband is a carpenter...
so I said you put in a door for me and I will do a sign for you, ok? She says COOL. So we did.
The background I painted green, then woodgrained it black with one of those tool thingies. Everything is vinyl... I thought about painting it all, but I had alot of pink vinyl... hehehe... plus I was pretty busy in the shop so needed to be able to finish it quickly.
I have several VectorArt cds so I got stuff offa there, including the horse head. I think the rose came from MSWord clipart or something. Just had to screw around with it so I could cut it.
Cool thing was that she let me do whatever I wanted, and ended up loving it! Plus turned out to be good advertising for me because of all the people that saw it and she told to go to me.
Sure do miss my shop...
