Customer wants painted board with vinyl lettering.Two sided outside,hanging-need to know if the vinyl will hold on acrylic water base paint?Question #2 is how much to charge 30"x 44"xhalf inch plywood.Simple graphic and text.Thanks in advance Randy.

Randy...I won't comment on the pricing part of your post since areas vary.
I have not had good luck with sticking vinyl to acrylic latex paint. These days, when a customer shows up with a panel prepainted in latex I just tell them to leave it with me and I will repaint it in gloss alkyd enamel and THEN apply the vinyl. Otherwise, I won't do the job.
