Well, finally got to go to our first meet in Ponchatoula. Let me tell you what, I was thinking about how it was going to be cool to meet all the sign heros. . . . here I am walking into the place and there's Si Allen! Wow I thought. . .he's famous. . . and then I noticed all kinds of familiar faces.
You know when your kinda new to the business and have been seeing all these talented folks, one might feel a bit overwhelmed at all the wonderful work goin on, one might wonder how would a new guy be accepted amongst all these professionals, but you know what? I have never met a more down to earth bunch of people like this before. You guys made us feel right at home.
If you were like me and have never been to one, take everyone's advice and get to one, it's a hell of an experience!
We had a blast, it was a weekend full of panels & partying. . . and for those who couldn't make it. . . all us fellows got free lap dances!
We would like to thank Kathy & RT and the rest of the fine folks for thier warm hospitality and hard work to put the meet on.
Someone posted a while back after thier first meet: "you are some cool people" . . . and I would have to say the same. My wife, kids & I enjoyed everyones company, we felt more than welcomed there. Looking forward to all the new friendships created. Can't wait for the next one!

Does that mean we will see you in Owensboro? Hope so! Don Hulsey is a heck of a nice guy. it will be Dana and I's first Letterhead meet together since we got married! woo hoo!

We really enjoyed having you guys. You have some special little girls there. Especially Mallory cause she can pick the best numbers. Seriously, it's hard to describe to someone what a meet is all about. The only way they'll ever know is to get to one near them soon!! See ya, R.T.

This was my first meet also, WOW all the talent is amazing and very intimidating for a vinyl guy, but everyone made me feel like one of the guys, gave me lot's of ideas and inspiration for the future...already thinking about what I can bring to my next meet. Kathy and R.T. did a great job setting this all up and my thanks go out to them....now if I could just get a date with Marie......................

You NOT a virgin no more Tony It only hurts the FIRST time,then gets easyer from then on. Pretty soon you will start enjoying it. Thanks for bring the family for us to meet as we are ALL one big family. Hope to see everyone in October at Don's place.
