Recently, as many of you know and are sick of hearing by now, we upgraded to a new CPU with a CD Writer. WOW! its worth its weight in gold!
Customer calls, need his logo on disk for making printed paint can logos.
Files saved on a zip drive disk cost @$15.00 where as files saved on a CD-R are $1.00
Using Omega, we saved his file in every format we thought he might need....except for the Gerber .plt file. Then we printed the a lable for the disk and a cover jacket right from Omega. Pretty slick.

Dave, I've got a Sony, but it doesn't work, keep getting error messages whenever I try to burn one. Man, I wish I could get it to work, what a great tool it would be. Adrienne

i have a sony burner to, had mine for over 2 yrs and had it working for most of em....now it doesnt want to go when they work they are great.... so many off site backups, so little time!
ive had this one in and out of a few different puters over the time and never had any problems....then all of a sudden now it will write but wont close the session....its almost to the piont of being a projectile! and if youve ever tried talking to sony on line you'll know how frustrating it is trying to get help for 'oh that old thing' anyway now ive had a whinge...i'll get back to my half nekid lady... (airbrushed of course) hehehe
