Went to use some quick size and wend through a few jars finding them all jelled. After opening a can I usually breath into it as I set the lid and hammer it down to make a good seal. Some get transferred into a screw down lid container with a piece of seran wrap over the jar before the lid goes down. The quick size today seems to not have a shelf life. I sure got a nice gild though with the slow size from France.
