I'm really sick of dealing with Signlab's support.

When I go to cut a file, it never gets to the spooler. The files in the spooler history will cut, but the new file won't load.

Anyone have a suggestion? TIA

Sorry to hear of the lack of support. I've never used that program.

Not familiar with the program either, but do have a suggestion: Maybe your spooler file is "at capacity" so that might explain why the spooler won't accept new files. I'd suggest backing up the entire spooler file. then clear the folder. Then attempt to send the file you wish to cut, and see if it accepts. Think of it as your phone messages not recording, when your message box is full ??

Not exactly prime tech support, but at this stage, anything not harm full is worth a shot. Hope it helps.

Why do I get all those on-line offers to sell me Viagara, when the only thing hardening is my arteries ?
