Seems that there are several larger projects coming it that each would fill our shop and all requiring aspects of production done outside, and it's the time of year that we seldom see a day without rain or wind. Ever long for a batch of simple small signs?

Oh yes. A few days at the bench. When that got old I had to go somewhere to letter a truck or something. Always something different, that is what made this business sso interesting.

Yes, the smaller signs are nice to move around and carry outside when the weather is nice. It was nice to take some dusty work outside lately.
We are normally looking at snow on the ground this time of year, with ice still on the ponds and lakes,... but not this winter. We have no snow, and it hit 60 today, when it's normally around 35.
I was outside painting brackets in the sun today. What a treat.

My big compressor quit. Thought it might be the starting capacitors and replaced them. No change. Electrician traced it to the magnetic switch. Ordered one from Grainger. Wrong one. Ordered another. Wrong one. Finally ordered one from Amazon for a third the price. WHen something isn't working, its hard for me to stay on track with what I'm supposed to be doing. All I want to do is fix it so I can get back to work.
