I have a friend who is interested in registering his town for a future Walldog meet. He met a dead end since thewalldogs.com no longer exists. How does a person peruse past meets and register for a future meet? Is Facepuke the only site?
Oh well, all three of you reading this might know the answer...

Sunset, If I wanted to do this in my town, I'd probably call some of the folks that have hosted such meetings. I remember when Tony Segale did one he had the local art league involved. They secured the leases for the walls, acquired the insurance, advertised for locals to provide housing, set up a fund for future maintenance, etc. Then ther's the choosing mural leaders and getting designs to be approved and deciding what goes where. Then there's organizing events and meals, locating materials and staging. There's the advertising to bring painters and spectators and local media.

Hey hi Rick and thanks for answering! I thought you would! Yeah, I can give my friend all the myriad of details he needs to know and do....but...the website was so easy peasy. Just give a person the walldogs.com. And all those website pix....where did they go? I even wrote the Diaz website plus Bill's email, but no answer yet.
I must say, when I joined Letterville, I LEARNED SO MUCH!! Ya know....being an interloper (!) and not in the biz for decades (like the rest of you), I ate up all the info. I enjoyed the good natured ribbing between y'all and admired the friendships and comradery. I was overjoyed and honored to be included. Sonny and Mudflap Girl were totally welcoming.
