I would like to adhere a Sintra decorative element piece onto a vinyl graphic already applied to Sintra and was wondering what would be the most appropriate adhesive.... I do not want to use 2 way tape because of its thickness as I would like as close a fit as possible.

What you're proposing is somewhat risky, in that the solvent in the adhesive could soften the first layer of vinyl, and the adhesive holding it onto the sintra. Strongly advise testing a small sample, before going ahead. What I'd consider using would be 3M Spray adhesive. Comes in an aresol can. I got mine from ND Graphics, way back when.

I see that you can buy it from various places in different sizes and prices. What size is the item you want to adhere? If you don't want to do that, depending on what size it is, if it's outdoors or indoors, there are many glues and adhesives that would work. Original Gorilla Glue will stick to anything but they also make another white adhesive product that works really well for almost anything. Contact cement would work too or banner tape.
