Hi All.... been a while since I checked in here but looking for recommendations on an adhesive for polystyrene/sintra to itself. Normally I will attach it to walls with 2-way tape however I'm looking to laminate several layers without the space 2-way tape creates.

Try the adhesive used for plumbing pvc pipes. It's 2 part (primer and adhesive). Experiment on some scraps. You've gotta be quick, but that's what we use. Use the clear primer not the purple primer in case you're sloppy.

f you have access to a good plumbing and electrical supply place, they may have the PVC glue available by the quart. Forget the little cotton dauber, just pour on a good bead on a edge of a surface. Take an old silk screen squeege and spread it where needed.
Drop your second panel, clamp and weight it, open doors and go home. Fumes from this stuff is what all the fuss in the Ohio train spill is about.
