We had several projects scheduled away from our shop. We packed up all the colors and brushes and ladders needed for a job and drove a ways into town and found the fog was just too wet to allow a paint to work. We packed it up and went back to the shop. Next day, loaded another sign and drove ten miles to a job site and set up ladders. Mounted bracket and found an eighteen knot wind didn't feel safe to lift a 24 sq. ft. panel sixteen feet in the air in. We packed it up and went back to the shop. The week has gone on with that pattern. We have broken nothing, damaged nothing, just encountered some dead end streets. Ever encounter time like that? I'm sure glad this isn't common to me.

I went out to scope out a job thursday, turned out really good for me...but. On the way I passed a pediatric group where I have been doing the work for maybe 20 years. They are in several buildings and have many directories and title signs. ALL of them were covered with full decals of new art. Funny thing is that they all had Dr. names half the size of my designs. We have a couple of guys here who will do anything to keep their digital printers busy.

Rick, who is "WE"? Is that your loving wife? Jerry, I hate when that happens. Sometimes it is because someone's family member has started a new "Sign Business" "Oh, Dr Jim's nephew has one of those lazor computers that makes signs!

I to "Employ" my husband at times. Yesterday evening we were at the Rubbish truck yard waiting for trucks to get in so we could remove/re-letter some of them. And boy, are they stinky at the end of the day.
