I'm planning a meet at my shop in April and was trying to see if the 6-8 or 13-15 would be better. IDK what might be happening either of those weekends that might keep folks from coming. I appreciate your input and will have it on whichever weekend is convenient for most people, so let me know.

I'd be interested. What will you be offering for a letterhead noobie?
Will you have accommodations, or a local hotel? I have an rv, but not sure if I'd want to pull it 9 hours from home...

We usually have impromptu demonstrations on anything from gold leaf, pinstriping, hand lettering, guitar playing, singing, cooking, eating, etc. It just kind of depends on who shows up and how willing you are to learn. There are lots of people that love to teach people willing to learn. I will be contacting our local hotels for discount rates and will post those when I get them. They've given me great rates for the meets in the past.

I wish I were not booked this summer with so many great events. This will be a great creative gathering that I wish I could attend. It has been a few years since I've been to a meet.
Best of luck and keep us posted with photos when it happens.
In the mean time, please send any warm weather.
Peace, Bob

The meet will be April 13-15, 2018. I have the SC foster parent conference on April 6-7th that I have to be at. I'd love to have another meet with 100+ in attendance. Get the word out if you know anyone that doesn't come on here often/ever or that I may not have contact info for.
Glad to hear that Sheila. Hope you can make it Mark. Come on down anyway Bob.
