Hi again everyone. One thing that has always driven me up the wall is these tiny bubbles that appear the day after we dome on chrome vinyl. We're using the stuff from RDS. Anyone having the same problems? Any solutions to this?

Thanks always!
Felix

Hey Felix....it has been a long time since I domed any vinyl, and I am no longer familiar with the new chemicals, but if memory serves me correctly......we used to hit the dome with the flame from a small blow torch ......it may be worth a try on a sample piece to see if that works.....good luck.

Thanks guys. Vance, do I spray immediately after or a few hours later or the next day? Also, should I expect ripples on the surface if I spray alcohol? I kno this will happen after spraying alcohol onto epoxy.

Thanks
Felix

I do it soon after laying the dome...I spritz a fine mist over the item not directly at it...and the bubbles just vanish
