Hi folks. My Gerber Edge is printing that thin line across 2/3rds of the surface, which it going to cost me several thousand bucks to fix. I'm wondering, if you were to replace the Edge (Edge 2 in my case), what would you choose? I mostly use the edge to print on chrome vinyl with metallic foils.
Thanks! Felix

I'd bite the bullet and get it repaired. You're printing a niche material and color. There's nothing else that does that. If your profit is worth while, fix it. If not, Drop the product line.

I still use my Edge. If I had to replace it I would look for a good second hand one. Plotter Doctor usually has refurbished ones. I outsource all of my inkjet printing but would not want to be without the Edge in my shop.
