I designed some postcards for a customer. I've done this before but I just upload to a printers site and get them mailed. He wants to use his own printer so I created PDFs with photos and vectors. They are large files to email ang I sent to a compressed folder but it didn't reduce the file size. Any suggestions?

That's what I normally do but my customer wants the files. He paid me well to create them and I don't care if he uses another printer. I'm wondering why a zip folder doesn't reduce the size.

I just had to do this for a 60 mb file for my digital printing supplier. He told me about wetransfer.com It worked perfectly. You put in the email address of the person you want the file sent, and your own email address. Then you hit the upload button and choose all the files you want for free up to 2 GB. Then send. wetransfer.com then sends an email to your customer with a code that allows them to download the file. When the download is complete, wetransfer then sends you an email letting you know that your customer downloaded the files.
