For a "left turner" it will be fine. They will repaint next year anyway. If it is a drag car, I wouldn't use any of their metallic. One Shot metallic tends to go away after about a year.

So what actually happens to the 1-S metallics then, if I may ask?
I've used an Aussie metallic bronze for years- putting the powder into goldsize, and it's been terrific. The shop-bought metallics here could be mostly dissolved 5 years later with a bit of turpentine. They're junk.
I've also used an aluminium silver-frost as well as a silver looking aluminium powder, mixed in gold size.
And a few years ago I bought 4 one litre cans of 1-S metallics, to use in case I ran out of what I'd been using. Copper, silver, brass/bronze and gold.
I tested a bit and 3 years in the weather it's been OK.
