Go here. All the rules are there and instructions for uploading and posting. http://www.letterville.com/album/ The main thing is to have your photo down to 500 pixels wide and 72 dpi with the file size no bigger than 60kb.

PHOTOBUCKET is also very easy to use to post to any pages on the internet. 1.join from you facebook page 2. upload photo and you can edit it there. 3. pick the pic you want 4. copy URL 5. PASTE that to wherever you want.
