I have always had real good luck with Magnum Magnetics. I can't remember the brands that the face peeled away from, but I have never had that problem with Magnum. If I was in the shop today I could tell you what brands to stay away from, but we are in Bar Harbor, Maine today on our way to the meet in Butler, PA.

Magnum Magnetics is our material of choice here, too. We've been using it for 5 years and have had no failures.

Ray, I also use Magnum Magnetics but just remember not to use calendared vinyl on it. It is actually covered with a 3M cast vinyl so you should always use a cast vinyl on it especially if you have full coverage, otherwise it will tend to curl up on the edges and blow off the vehicle.
