I have a Just For Kix dance instructor that wants to do fund raiser painting school logo on driveways. Using a stencil and I assume latex paint and a roller. The question is what substraight would you recomend for the stencil? Thanks for your help!

I have used car magnetic material, cut it on my plotter. The weight of it helps it lay flat. I have also laser cut thin acrylic material. You can also laser cut sheets of mylar,( It is white and can be bought by the sheet from a good art supply store).

I got some off fall Formica from a cabinet shop. They had some ugly colors so they gave it to me. I then cut out the pattern on my cnc router. It lays flat and can be cleaned easily.

I've used the rubber sandblast mask several times, and made a large handicap stencil from coro. Far as I know, they're still using it every few years.

I've made stencil for parking lot markings from thin pvc sheet like Celtec or Komatex. But they were used for spraying the paint, not rolling but the 3 mm may work for that.
