I set a new record on Monday. Swept up 103 June Bugs. Must be a peak year for them as I've never seen so many. I swept up a couple dust pans full outside the shop on the drive way as well.

Definitely fried. If you roast them the legs remain and they tend to catch in your throat. Fried they break off. I speak from long experience.
