I purchased a new CNC Router and looking for a dust collection setup? Anyone have any reccomendations

Depends on the size of the bag and how much material you're pulverizing. Not so much with a table saw, a little quicker with a CNC, really quick with something like a wood planer.

a single bag system with a cyclone seperator is a great way to go. If you can exhaust outside without the bags with a cyclone seperator is even better. Cyclone removes all but the finest dust. Oneida Air Oneida is a manufacturer that makes cyclones for smaller systems.

Oh, I forgot to add, for a whole shop I would definitely go with a 5 hp 4 bag with cyclone separator, then dump the top bags in favor of the pleated 1 micron type. That way you can replace the bottom bags with the plastic type and really control the dust.
