I use a Delta Model #50-760. Has worked great for over 10 years.

Depends on the size of the bag and how much material you're pulverizing. Not so much with a table saw, a little quicker with a CNC, really quick with something like a wood planer.

a single bag system with a cyclone seperator is a great way to go. If you can exhaust outside without the bags with a cyclone seperator is even better. Cyclone removes all but the finest dust. Oneida Air Oneida is a manufacturer that makes cyclones for smaller systems.

These are nice.... http://www.grizzly.com/products/2-HP-Cyclone-Dust-Collector/G0440?utm_campaign=zPage

I use one of these, fits a standard metal garbage can and works pretty good. http://www.woodcraft.com/Product/143290/TRASH-CAN-CYCLONE-LID.aspx?utm_source=bing&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=PLA&utm_term=143290&utm_content=Woodcraft%20Shopping%20-%20Product%20Type% 20-%20Non-Branded

Are you going to have the router controller turn the dust collector on and off? Is this going to be dedicated to the router or are you going to hook up more tools with blast gates?
I have mine hooked up for the whole shop using blast gates, but this keeps me from having Mach able to turn it off automatically at the end of the file. I use the Long Ranger to turn my dust collector on and off.
220 volt http://www.amazon.com/DUST-COLLECTOR-REMOTE-CONTROL-SWITCH/dp/B0013ELVOG/ref=sr_1_3?s=hi&ie=UTF8&qid=1463771112&sr=1-3&keywords=long+ranger+dust+collector+switch

120 volt

Oh, I forgot to add, for a whole shop I would definitely go with a 5 hp 4 bag with cyclone separator, then dump the top bags in favor of the pleated 1 micron type. That way you can replace the bottom bags with the plastic type and really control the dust.

Here's a link to everything you want to know about dust collection and possibly a lot of what you'd rather no know. This guy leaves out nothing.
