I tried few days to find this font, I have a jepg file, can any one teach me how to ID it.

Go to myfonts.com. At the top is a link to What the Font. That page will give you instructions on how to upload your image and if your image contains enough characters and fits their requirements for resolution, it will give you the name of the font you are looking for.
