Good morning. I have an older Gerber Dimension 200-X Router that I have used for many years and it runs great. I now would like to do 3-D router work with it but am unable to find out for sure if there is a program that will adapt to this router and allow me to do 3-D work, Or do I need to buy another complete router for this work.
Trying the Gerber people to tell me is a waste of time as well, they do not know or seem to care.
I have one company, Artclip3d Cad/Cam Solutions that say their software will work on my older Gerber Router and it is $ 1,495 US plus freight and taxes.

I would ask someone with a 3d software such as Vectric Aspire to post a file for your gerber and test it. I have aspire but I do not know what post processor your machine requires. I also heard Aspire would get you a needed post processor if you have their software.

If you wish to find out if EnRoute works with this machine give EJ a shout. He is product manager for the software.
