Any tips on removing 100% silicone from vinyl siding? I saw from previous posts there is something available at Home Depot. -------------------- Jeff Wisdom SignWorks info@oregonsignworks.com

DAP make a product called "Caulk Be Gone" and I think 3M make a caulk remover. Probably available at Home Depot. -------------------- Shirley Carron Black Sheep Designs 184 John St. N. Arnprior,On.,Canada shirleyc@magma.ca 613-623-7053

Sorry - I thought you meant silicone caulking. And Google calls it caulking, even when you ask how to remove silicone. -------------------- Shirley Carron Black Sheep Designs 184 John St. N. Arnprior,On.,Canada shirleyc@magma.ca 613-623-7053

3M General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner (part no. 051135) might do the trick. Most part stores that carry auto paint have it. I use it all the time for a variety of things, works great -------------------- Dale Manor Studio in the Sky Minnesotadalemanor@netscape.net "Be who you are and say what you want, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind." -Dr. Seuss http://studiointhesky.weebly.com/ http://studiointhesky.blogspot.com/

Just be careful, Jeff, with "whatever" remover, that it doesn't attack the vinyl siding. I doubt that it will; but a word to the wise..... -------------------- Dale Feicke Grafix 714 East St. Mendenhall, MS 39114 "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."
