OMG - Look at all those people riding on top of the train! That can't be safe! That can't be legal! Oh wait - I don't see any kids, puppies or kittens up there....so it's ok.

doesn't show the people holding on underneath the train, that's probably where the kids and puppies are riding...lol or as Joe would say ))))))))))))))

The mom had to get back home somehow with her kid. So maybe she made that trip back home with him and then will cease to do it again.
Be it me getting that note, I don't think I'd call anyone right then to come get the kid. I'd probably just make my way back home and then quit doing it.
