4ever frames sells a system. But I need to replace the bottom horizontal that is 10' long. Shipping is atrocious. Is there a porch rail system or somone else you've come across? The most important points are 1) the receiving side has just a saw kerf so the 3mm dibond is wedged between it; 2) there is an 'H' aluminum insert in the middle of this 'T' horizontal - to give it some rigidity in the long haul. I've had 2 signs blow out - the first one I understand why, this 2nd time, it did not seem like we had winds above 60 mph. I'm calling lumber and garden supply houses to find this. The only luck was no luck. They had what I needed - but with rectangular opening for the spindles (I guess that's the right word). Thanks ahead of time for your response.

Not 100% sure what your looking for but, we get our vinyl posts and rails from a local fence company. Any time we have needed extra strength we would insert 2x4, 4x4 etc. inside the vinyl sleeves.
