Back in 1983 I began full-time work as a hand letterer for a shop and in November of '83 or '84 I lettered a pair of seasonal signs for a garden center. The garden center has been putting the signs up for one month a year in December ever since. Consequently they show little aging since they're in storage 11 months out of the year. I'm amazed every December when I pass by and those signs are dragged out for another go!
