This will be a freebie. An organization I belong to bought some digitally printed banners before I became a member. It will be reused (indoor) . One of them is green with black lettering. Hardly any contrast. I would like to paint a white outline to make the letters pop. If I add some frog juice to my one shot lettering enamel, will the paint stick to the banner?

I think you'll find the frog juice will dissolve the digital print ink...
Banner paint in Australia is water based. I've had no problems using that, once you use a compatible in-between coat to seal off the digital ink.

Gee Diane, just for a experitment, I think I'm gonna order a small banner, 2ftx4ft, from sign365 and see what I can do to it. Yep, that's what I'm gonna do.
