I guess it's a bit like Miley Cyrus, using the 'any publicity is good publicity' principle, and the tailgate does show a bit of creative thinking, but it's sure not in my 'good taste' books...I'd prefer something that could be admired!

Although I disagree with some of the content, whoever came up with this is a marketing genius. That shop is getting more free exposure than anyone probably could have imagined.

In my opinion, this is not funny, at all....I think that this is going too far to the extreme, just to get recognition in the sign business......It could, very easily, backfire on their sign business.

Did Mr. Entrepreneur consider putting his Wife or Daughter on there? I must stop here, there are SO MANY IMAGES that he could have used, even MORE WRONG. HINT, JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN THINK about an idea, does not mean that it is a good one, buddy. ;o))

“I wasn’t expecting the reactions that we got,” said Hornet Signs owner Brad Kolb. “Nor was it anything we condone or anything else, but it was just something more or less that we just had to put out there and see who notices it.”
Oh, really? You don't condone it? Your truck says otherwise. Oh, you HAD to do it...
Whatever.

I would like to ask this guy what kind of an image would he refuse to put on the back of a truck if asked by a customer. It seems his attitude is "Any publicity is good publicity".
So, where would he draw the line? It obviously isn't on this side of violence against women.

Whether it's good exposure (more sales) or bad exposure depends on what sort of town it is. And that's assuming that the only thing he values is money.

See now if they realy wanted a lot of attention, they should have a fully clothed woman there. Every week or two a new picture would show up with her missing one item of clothing. You could really carry this one out for at least a year. At the end, when she has lost her all of her clothes, she could say something about wearing one of their wraps in an emergency. The final picture shows her covered in a wrap. Although I think this one might work out better on a store front window.

Nice one Todd. Here I'll put your statement here just in case you do a better editing job later. "Matter of perspective. Obama and his family would have been better."
