I'm sure I worked in that place, a time or two, several years ago.......
They made us come in at 6am, cause none of the thugs were up that early; and we had to be out of the plant by 3pm, cause "it's not safe for guys of your color to be on the streets after that."
Across the street, was a mound of dirt, that had about 5 or 6 crosses on it.....gang members, who had died right around there.

I was in Dili East Timor in 1999. There was a park at the harbour that had a sign with pictographics saying "Don't poop in the park as someone might step in it".

The sign may also need a "No Chickenheads" Look it up.
