Cusomer brouhgt a military truck and he wants me to lettering the Canva on the back of the truck that covers the truck ( but it is not really canvas is a Army woodlands Camouflage thick and strong material like vinyl, my question is what type of paint should I use to lettering to be safe. I try it yesterday and painted with One shot on a small area where you can not see it , so I checked it this morning and scrached the paint and it just came off so easy, Any help I will appreciated Thanks!

Assuming it is vinyl, I would recommend using Ti-Cote, or some other barrier coating first. I've also had good luck using Sherwin-Williams Sher-Klear as the barrier. Both of these products are acrylic, and dry clear. I think Frog Juice will work too.
Then you can letter with the One-Shot.

Try a good quality acrylic paint or vinyl screen ink.

XIM 300, would have been perfect for that but not on the market anymore (volatile) but Sherwin Williams has a version of XIM, paint that might work...

It was a fun job with nice weather to do it, It might sound funy but I used Bulls Eyes 1-2-3 water base primer with some drops of black acrylic latex and it still took me two coats to cover it, luckily the weather was nice for two days, but then the rain came for a day and half so I was afraid that it would react or wash away but it did pretty well after the rain past. The next day when I checked it did not look like it was affected, so far the job is good but I will keep my fingers crossed..
