if you noticed.....this ryobi has a new "quick release" for the blade. its that little gray thing on the side. just lift it, blade is released, take blade out and turn it 180 degrees and pop it back in!!!! no allen wrench, no screw driver needed!!!!!!!

I know OP, I have the same saw. But even with the quick release. I could flip my saw and be working by the time you got the blade out. Happy Birthday dude.
