Every time I try to cut with my Envision I get an error code that says the X-axis is overloaded. I have taken everything apart and checked the white gears and cleaned everything. Also checked all connections. The only thing I can figure is it is the motor. Does anyone know where I might get a motor besides Gerber and has anyone had this problem before and have any suggestions on what else to try? The machine locks up and won't move and beeps when this error code comes up. These machines are great when they work right but a pain in the a_ _ when they don't. Thanks everyone for any suggestions.
