Somehow I thought I saw something about this problem on here, but can't find it. I have to keep installing my fonts off the disk. They disappear from my program. Anyone have this problem?

Thank you Dave, no this doesn't address it. For some reason, today I started it up, & it gave me my fonts, no blinking cursor either.
I seem to remember this happening before, way back when I first upgraded on my old computer, I think. But with the trouble I have thinking lately, I cannot remember what it was. I wish I would have written it down somewhere. I don't want to pay $75 for the answer. Especially since when I bought the first program I was promised lifetime tech support for free.

I have the same problem. It's usually only 1 or 2 fonts that disappear. I've been running Signlab 7.1' and it's only been happening the last 3 or 4 months. I am starting to change all texts to graphics on my final save, and also noting in the file what fonts I used.

My Signlab is doing it again. When you are typing or moving letetrs, it blinks as an hourglass real fast, very hard to use. Have you ever had to pay for tech support? Did you buy yours with lifetime tech support? How can they get away with that, taking it away from us, when it was part of the package we bought? Isn't that like taking part of the program you bought away from you after you buy it? The program wasn't cheap. I can't afford $75 for a tech support phone call right now.

I used tech support at Cadlink about 3 years ago and paid $150.00 -- not $75.00. Don't know what the rate is now. I personally feel if you buy their program you should receive lifetime tech support. I am currently using VinylPro 8.1. and thus far have had no problems.
