Grimco no longer prints these signs so I'm looking for other vendors. I need .080 aluminum, 24" x 24"; blue background on two sides (no white border); screen print text and graphics in white on one side. Logo has a "faded" letter color going from white to background blue.Quantity of 50 pieces. Any sources for this? Thanks.

Maybe you can get the blanks from Grimco and have
a local screen printer (one who does coroplast)
screen print them.

The aluminum needs to be painted or powder coated blue on both sides before they are screen printed. I was hoping to find one company that could paint and screen. We used to have a handful of local screen printers but they have gone out of business.

Jean,

Call Signs Unlimited in Ocala,Fl 1-877-737-6523. Ask to speak with Scott Buttermore, he will take care of you. They do sell and market directly but they have always treated us fair. Good Luck.

So then you are not actually printing on Aluminum, but on a powder coated surface. I used to do this on control panel faces. You just need to find someone, next time, who prints with epoxy inks and heat cures. I used to raise my T shirt dryer off the belt and run the boxes or panels thru it. Easy peasy.
